HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Use our Track Order page with the tracking 
number sent to your email after shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours 
of placement. After that, the order has 
likely already been processed for shipment.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us at nrthgear@gmail.com within 
48 hours with a photo and your order number. 
We'll resolve it immediately.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently offer refunds but not direct 
exchanges. You're welcome to place a new 
order once your refund is processed.
